Your agents, your culture

The theme is yours. Consistency is the Chief of Staff's job.

At setup, your team picks the agents' theme: Portuguese names, sea animals, mythological figures, names in another language, or simply the role title. There is no right choice — only the one your team will enjoy using every day.

From then on, whenever a manager asks for a new colleague, the Chief of Staff proposes the name and generates the avatar within the theme, with "approve" or "new avatar" right in the chat. The team grows and still looks like a team, not a list of bots.

The avatars on this site are deliberately abstract: we don't want to pre-empt your choice.

The Chief of Staff is different

The first to join; the one who hires the others.

It is the agent that interviews the manager, drafts the charter, sends the approval card and, on tap, registers and announces the new colleague. It also sends the daily brief and watches licences and costs. Without it there is no team — which is why it joins first, in week 2 of the pilot.
