This policy describes how the enlogical.pt website handles personal data. It does not cover the digital-coworker platform installed on clients' servers, which is governed by its own contract and data processing agreement.

What we collect and why

Contact form

When you request a demo we collect: name, work email, company, company size, whether you use Microsoft 365, and the message you write.

• Purpose: to reply to your request and prepare the demonstration.
• Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract at your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Retention: 12 months after the last contact, unless a contract is signed in the meantime.
• Recipients: Enlogical's sales team. Data is not sold or shared with third parties for their own purposes.

Browsing

The site uses no cookies and no tracking tools. There is currently no analytics. If that changes, it will be a cookieless, EU-hosted solution (for example Plausible or Fathom), and this page will be updated first.

Processors

• Cloudflare — hosting and delivery of the site and the form (EU/US, under standard contractual clauses and the Data Privacy Framework).
• Resend — delivery of the form's content to our mailbox by email.

Form data is not kept in these services beyond what delivery requires.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to, rectification, erasure or portability of your data, object to processing or ask for it to be restricted. Write to info@enlogical.pt. We answer within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (cnpd.pt).

Changes

When this policy changes, we update the date at the top. Material changes are flagged on this page.
