About
Before Enlogical existed, the platform was already working inside a Portuguese company that needed capacity it could not hire.
The story starts with a small team, many tools — Redmine, email, spreadsheets, invoicing — and coordination work nobody had time for. Hiring was not an option. Instead of yet another tool, we put named digital coworkers inside Teams, on our own servers, and let managers hire and manage them by conversation.
It worked. The agents started closing tasks, writing briefs and building their own integrations — always with a person approving anything with consequences. Only after months in production did we decide to sell the same thing to other SMBs. That is Enlogical: the for-other-companies version of what we use every day.
What we believe
An agent has a name, an avatar, a written charter and memory. It lives in Teams, where the team already is. You hire it, brief it and, if needed, retire it — by conversation.
Agents propose; a manager approves with a tap. Not a sales promise but the platform's rule: no credentials in the agents' hands, everything logged.
Fixed price for the pilot, a fixed monthly fee after, seats instead of tokens. An SMB has to know in September what it pays in December.
