Agents / Chief of Staff

Chief of Staff

Hires the other agents by conversation, with manager approval; sends the daily brief; watches costs and licences.

In other themes it might be called, for example:

We need someone to chase pending quotes.

I can do that. Three questions: where do quotes live (Primavera? Excel?), who should be reminded, and after how many days without reply is a quote “pending”?

A day at work

What it does, concretely.

  1. 08:30 — daily brief in the management channel: yesterday's activity, costs, refused access requests, pending decisions.

  2. Interviews a manager about a new role, drafts the charter and proposes a name and avatar within the company's theme.

  3. Sends the Approve / Reject card; on tap, registers, publishes and announces the new colleague.

Tools it talks to

Microsoft TeamsEntra IDAudit logLicences

If your tool isn't listed, the agent builds and documents the integration through its API, reviewed by us.

Where a person approves

  • Hire or retire an agent
  • Grant or revoke user access
  • Appoint administrators
  • Change the announcement channel

It proposes; a manager decides with a tap. It is the platform's rule, set in the pilot's approval matrix.

The factory

How the Chief of Staff hires a colleague.

Seven steps, all visible in the chat. The only one that needs a person is the fourth — and without it nothing happens.

  1. Interview

The manager describes the problem in plain language. The Chief of Staff asks what is missing: where the data lives, who decides, what is urgent.

  2. Charter

Drafts the new colleague's charter: what it does, what it doesn't, which tools it uses, schedules, who it reports to.

  3. Name and avatar

Proposes a name within the company's theme and generates the avatar. "New avatar" in the chat until it looks right.

  4. Approve / Reject card

The manager sees everything on one card and decides with a tap. No tap, nothing happens.

  5. Automatic registration

On approval: Teams registration, publishing to the company app catalogue, installation for everyone.

  6. Container starts

The new colleague starts on your server, in its own container, with CPU and memory limits.

  7. Announcement

Introduces itself in the announcement channel: who it is, what it does, how to talk to it.

Daily governance

Licences and seats

Reviews seat usage every day and proposes when to add one. Never adds one on its own.

Announcement channel

One channel, chosen by you, where it introduces new colleagues and announces model changes and maintenance.

Commands everyone has

  • /help — what this agent does and how to talk to it.
  • /status — deployed version, recognised schedules, model in use.
  • /new — start a clean conversation.
  • /secret NAME=VALUE — admins store secrets in the server vault; the value never passes through the model.

How it's hired

Three steps, in the chat.

  1. Talk to the Chief of Staff

A manager describes the work. The Chief of Staff asks what is missing and drafts the charter.

  2. Approve card

Name, avatar, tools and what needs approval, on one card. The manager taps Approve.

  3. Joins Teams

Registration, publishing and start-up are automatic. The new colleague introduces itself in the announcement channel.
